We collect and process personal data from users of the website only to the extent necessary to provide a comfortable and functional website and our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users takes place regularly only after consent of the user. An exception applies in those cases in which prior consent cannot be obtained for actual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by statutory provisions.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data
We process your personal data in compliance with the provisions of the European Data Protection Basic Regulation (DSGVO), and based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Swiss Confederation (Data Protection Act, DSG), and all other relevant laws on the processing of personal data.
