Client situation
As part of its strategy process, a large pharmaceutical client realized the need to reassess its current strategic challenges and opportunities as well as to lay out a plan for further corporate development
Project approach
SDI collaborated with the client’s executives (1) define the opportunities and challenges by analyzing business unit performance and market trends, as well as (2) to develop plans to prioritize and address each of the issues
