Client situation
Mid-sized client in food manufacturing had identified cost savings targets, for which it needed to develop cost savings options and associated detailed initiatives
Project approach
Building on client internal data and assumptions, SDI developed a detailed financial model of the business unit, which allowed development of sensitivities and scenarios for potential cost savings initiatives
Outcome
Using the developed financial model, SDI identified areas for cost savings, for which it defined clear options for initiatives, and subsequently provided focused implementation / PMO support
