Client situation
To facilitate corporate growth, Client decided to establish a High Performance Team to conduct various ad hoc engagements at the top-managerial level and requested SDI to provide best practices in that field
Project approach
Based on best practices and understanding of the core skillset requirements, SDI created initial organizational structure of the team, developed role descriptions and performed initial sourcing of talent internally within client’s organization
Outcome
Client’s High Performance Team was able to undertake the first pilot project within several weeks of the concept presentation, for which SDI provided focused guidance until the team had matured to work independently
