Application process

First is a review of your complete application documents

  • Cover letter
  • Current CV
  • Certificates / diplomas (high school, college, internships / work)
  • Other relevant documents (awards, fellowships, etc.)

Within no more than two weeks you will receive our feedback on whether your skills match our requirements. With a matching profile, we will contact you directly and arrange timely follow-up interviews, where we can get to know each other.

Subsequently, we conduct several successive interviews with involvement of the partner team.

Subsequent to our interviews we communicate the results back to you within two to three days. We strive to keep the recruitment process as short as possible to avoid unnecessary delays and ensure that we get the best recruits in an effective manner.

The career levels at SDI are very flat, which allows for a comparatively rapid career progression for successful consultants.
